the breakfast had lots of choice and vegi options. the room included a huge bathroom with lovely toiletries. a bus stop sat just outside for easy transport.
the location is central so outside noise was loud at night. i booked in advance requesting a balcony i did not receive it. the honesty bar closed early at 10.15pm one night so i could not get a drink.

loud drillingfaulty air conditioning
I wasn't happy with the noise levels. the drilling was loud and disrupted my rest. staff offered little help beyond a bottle of prosecco. There were no real apologies when i checked out. the air conditioning barely worked either. The room was hot, and the fan was noisy.

My room had several issues that impacted my stay NEGATIVELY. The air conditioning was not effective , and the room remained uncomfortably warm throughout the night. There was also considerable noise from the street outside , and it disrupted my sleep each night. The bathroom fixtures were somewhat dated and showed signs of wear.

the location was convenient for accessing various attractions. it was easy to walk to many sites from the hotel. the staff at the reception were attentive. they were always ready to assist with any questions.
The bus stop is right in front of the hotel entrance. the frequent noise and pollution from buses created some issues. the rooms need updates. The furniture seemed worn.

the breakfast offered a nice spread each morning i appreciated the variety. my room was cleaned daily and was quite tidy.
the elevator was very small only fitting two people with luggage.
